The HCPL062N optocoupler consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an ultra-high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate consisting of bipolar transistors in a CMOS process to reduce power consumption. The output has an open collector, allowing a wired OR output. These devices feature a compact small size encapsulation. Coupling parameters are guaranteed over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Internal noise shielding provides excellent common-mode rejection.
